    jumperjack,

    I can honestly say I have no clue as to what significance the day of the week has in MLB. When I initially ran the search, it had no "day" restrictions. But while I was looking at all the results, I noticed a bunch of games on Thursday lost, so I added the "day". Lo' & behold...0-7 s/u...now 0-8. Then added "1 day of rest" & 0-3-1 o/u...now 0-4-1 o/u.

    It's just something I noticed when I started using sdql many years ago in the NFL. Little quirky things that stood out & gave a bettor an edge for whatever reason. I also add that I am in no way a professionally capper or gambler but the research is my "diversion"...something I can lose myself in from the daily grind of the reality of life itself.

    Personally, I wanted to see the Giants win & face my Braves. And would really like to see a Braves/RedSox World Series, but that is a pipedream...LOL.

        Good stuff. I wonder what LAs pitching will be like today. Their rotation setup seems like it’s a mess for tonight’s game.

                Man, the numbers on these teams are tighter than a gnat's ass... I can't cap these like in the regular season as now it's nearly a 50/50 play... All we have now are these types of situational games.
                Bleeker has the under but also has Bos.

                So let's go Boston!

                      Got any info on the Dodgers game today? Don't know how to lay off the Braves as such a big dog. LA pitching has been ok but they can't hit in these playoffs. Unless someone knows their bats are going to catch fire at home, tough to not take the + money.

                      And LA seems to f*ck up their pitching. Why bring Urias, a 20 game winner and starting pitcher, in the game in the late innings? Just use your bullpen and get him ready to start! He's a 20 game winner for god's sake!!! :)

                        Thanks guys. I couldn't believe that 14-0 s/u (now 15-0 s/u) result. Unreal.

                        BT,

                        I haven't looked at Atl/LA yet but I'll try.

                        The only thing I got on Hou/Bost is...

                        basically the same thing but extended, off B-B s/u wins by 4+ each:

                        https://killersports.com/mlb/query?s...+S+D+Q+L+%21++

                        2-0 s/u
                        &
                        2-0 o/u

                        scores of 11-2 & 9-0...both wins by 9 runs each

                        leans on Bost-...Over 10...Bost +144 on the R/L

                          The only thing I can come up with for Braves/Dodgers is due to the start time...

                          game #3 dogs of more than +130 on the road off B-B s/u wins & start time between 4:00pm & 6:30pm:

                          https://killersports.com/mlb/query?s...+S+D+Q+L+%21++

                          4-0 s/u
                          &
                          0-4 o/u

                          Braves +162
                          &
                          Under 7'

                              Ouch-h-h...Braves up 5-2 then blow it. And Astros just tied it 2-2...uh-oh. Nature of the beast.
