But if I'm the owner of any of these teams I've already spent hours talking to Billy B (in no particular order):

NY Jets
Jacksonville
Chargers
Cowboys
Eagles
Washington

Those teams all have QBs who are arguably good enough to win a Super Bowl (with the exception of Washington who holds the second pick in the draft). They need a coach to solidify their Defenses and take them to the promised land. Billy B is their man.
