Just gonna' keep everything in one thread for the playoffs. I've listened to the pundits all week & did my homework. I may lose all these plays but as we all know, that's what happens when you step out. Anyway, on to the games for today...Saturday. I'll cut right to the chase on the games...

Cleveland at Houston. This may be one of the most entertaining games of WC weekend, with points galore. Good ol' Joe Flacco vs the young gunslinger CJ Stroud.

Playoff road favs that scored more than 30pts & had more than total rushes + passes in earlier same-season match-up, which was after week 10:

    KillerSports.com

    0-2 s/u
    &
    0-2 ats
    &
    2-0 o/u

    Avg final score: 30.5 - 36.5

    The road team (Joe) avg'd 53.5 passes/game

The home team (CJ) both scored 24pts each just in the 1st-halves

    Houston m/l
    Over 44'

    &

Playoff non-div road favs w/o a bye & a total of 41+, team has more than 10 wins & won the previous match-up, opponent has more than 9 wins:

    KillerSports.com

    0-3 s/u
    &
    0-3 ats
    &
    3-0 o/u

    Avg final score: 34.0 - 39.7

    The road team (Joe) avg'd 50.7 passes/game

Both teams avg'd 85 passes, 56.7 completions & over 700 passing yards per game

Hopefully we'll get the same here: a fun, entertaining, high-scoring game

On to the Mia/KC game... yeah, I know, Miami's 0-10 s/u below freezing...so what...streaks end some time, both teams have to play in it & the players will have heated seats on the sidelines that will keep them warm from head to toe. Miami is 3-0 all-time vs the Chiefs in the playoffs & this ain't the same KC team we've seen since Mahomes got there. For starters...

WC non-div road teams off a home game, team played 3 straight games vs opp's with at least 10+ wins each:

        KillerSports.com

        3-0 s/u
        &
        3-0 ats

All 3 were dogs. Road teams (Miami) avg'd 165.7 rush yards/game

        Mia+5
        &
        Mia m/l

Road playoff teams with 11+ wins, not a dog of +7 or more, team lost the previous m/up in a non-shutout game in which they did not score in the first half:

        KillerSports.com

        3-0 s/u
        &
        3-0 ats

        Mia+5
        &
        Mia m/l

        &

WC non-div road dogs of +6 or less that lost their last playoff game yet scored more than 24pts:

        KillerSports.com

        4-0 s/u
        &
        4-0 ats
        &
        0-4 o/u

        Mia+5
        &
        Mia m/l
        &
        Under 43'

Road teams avg'd 167.5 rush yards per game...look for the Dolphins to grind it out on the ground for the s/u win. Mahomes & Maauto go down tonight, as their offense ranks dead last in at least 5 categories over the last 6 games.

Thanks, guys. I should have given KC's defense a lot more credit. They dominated Miami.

                  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On to today's games (Sunday)... As a fan of the game I "want" both Dallas & Detroit to win, but what I want usually doesn't happen in this crazy game of the NFL. I've gone round & round on the GB/Dal game & there's a lot of good stuff posted by Glenn & rolltide in the braintrust thread. I really expected Dallas to be favs of at least -8', -9, if not more, especially since they were favs of -13' on the road just last week. Dallas "should" blow GB out of the water, but smarter people in Vegas know something I don't. So...

Non-div road dogs on Sunday in the WC round, team has won their last 3 non-Monday road games s/u:

                  KillerSports.com

NFC WC round home favs, team was a road fav last week & the current line is more than 4pts less than previous line:
