I've heard it said that cold doesn't affect the passing game. As a person with an outside occupation, I will tell you Below Zero weather freezes exposed skin in minutes. Whether it be your exposed eyebrows and skin around the eyes, it gets frost bit. Your hands need to be layered. This has to affect the passing game. The ball isn't soft. It's hard.
