ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the NFL "wants and intends" to play Titans/Steelers as scheduled on Sunday, but that moving to Monday evening will be a possibility.
Per Schefter, this would "allow for additional testing and contact tracing to occur." It would also enable the Titans, who are not allowed back in their facility until Saturday, to get in a day of practice. Frankly, this seems like a no-brainer even if the Titans' outbreak is capped at its current three players.

Eagles placed TE Dallas Goedert on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
Per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, there's "hope" Goedert is ready when first eligible in three weeks. It's a catastrophic blow for the Eagles' injury-ravaged, sinking-stone offense.

NFL Network's James Palmer reports 2019 UDFA Brett Rypien will be the Broncos' starting quarterback for Thursday's game against the Jets.
Mark's nephew, Rypien has been with the Broncos since last year. The 24-year-old Boise State product made 49 starts for BSU, compiling a career 37-12 record and completing 64 percent of his throws at 8.4 yards per attempt with 90 touchdowns and 24 picks. Rypien has plus accuracy but smallish hands (9") and marginal arm talent

Tampa Bay Times' Rick Stroud reports Chris Godwin (hamstring) could miss "multiple" games.
Godwin is expected to miss Week 4 against the Chargers, but Tampa Bay's short turnaround against the Bears next Thursday makes it tough for the 24-year-old to prep for Week 5, too.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Monday is "off the table" for a rescheduled Steelers-Titans Week 4 game.
The hope that rescheduling the game for Monday would allow for more testing and contact tracing among Titans players and staff, while giving the team at least one day of practice. In a Thursday statement, the NFL said the Steelers-Titans game would "be rescheduled for later this season" after another Tennessee player and staffer tested positive for COVID-19. The Titans can't return to their team facility until Saturday. It's time to get Steelers and Titans out of your Week 4 lineups.

Cardinals GM Steve Keim said DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) will "ultimately make the decision" if he plays this week.
It means Hopkins' ankle injury is a pain management issue. Hopkins has only missed two games in his career and looks like a good bet to play Sunday.

Patriots placed QB Cam Newton on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Newton is out at least this week. For now, no other Patriots player has tested positive, and their Week 4 game against Kansas City is scheduled to be played.

The Patriots' Week 4 game against the Chiefs has been rescheduled to Monday or Tuesday.
The league will postpone the game until both teams pass COVID-19 testing. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Tuesday is the more likely day for the game to be played.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Patriots' Week 4 game against the Chiefs is expected to be played on Monday night pending a clean slate of COVID-19 tests.
The Patriots returned all negative tests on Saturday. If they continue to come back negative through Monday morning, they will face the Chiefs Monday night.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that all Patriots players returned negative COVID-19 tests on Sunday morning.
Barring any setbacks, Kansas City and New England will square off on Monday night. Tuesday night was considered but Schefter added that Monday was the most likely option. Kansas City also needs to return a clean set of tests as Jordan Ta'amu, a quarterback on their practice squad, returned a positive test earlier in the week.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Chiefs have reported only 1 negative COVID-19 test results as of Sunday morning.
Chiefs practice squad QB Jordan Ta'amu returned a positive test this week but it looks like Kansas City contained the spread to just Ta'amu. The Chiefs are set to play the Patriots on Monday after New England also returned exclusively negative tests on Sunday morning. Kansas City will face a Patriots offense led by Bryan Hoyer as Cam Newton's positive test caused their matchup to be moved initially.
