BigTrial.net reports the Philadelphia D.A.'s Office is expected to announce Monday LeSean McCoy will not face any charges stemming from a February 7 fight at a local nightclub.
McCoy and his entourage allegedly brawled with off-duty officers at the Recess Lounge in Philadelphia on February 7. The D.A.'s office reportedly has concluded there are too many competing accounts about what happened that night to bring a successful prosecution. The district attorney has also consistently questioned the behavior of the officers leading up to and after the alleged altercation. Even though McCoy has apparently escaped legal punishment, he could still face discipline from the NFL. Even so, this is the best possible outcome for McCoy.
