      Public always dives all over the over in these nationally televised weekday games. Truth is, when it's a division game it's a lot more likely to be a slugfest than a shootout. First 2 years with Chip Kelly as coach the Eagles hosted the Giants in a 15-7 game and a 27-0 game with exacly the same systems in place. Not exactly shootouts...
