NC ST. - I know they haven't shown anything yet, but neither has USF. USF gifted 6 TOs last week and still lost to Md. Going back to my preseason power ratings for this one.
Louisville- coaching mismatch. Richmond gave Va the game last week. They'll be satisfied with ONE win right now.
Over Idaho- neither team plays defense. Another Petrino coaching at Idaho should lead to improved offense in his 2nd year.
Under UCLA- neither team has shown any offense yet. Both head coaches have defensive tendencies.
