Both favs coming off monster wins, and the "sharps" see a let down here. Possible, but I doubt it. Loads of "tout love" for Sandy St. Read Doc's write up and he says" SDST is 8-0 vs Utah St, including winning X 34 the last time they met". Problem with that is since '92 they have met a grand total of ONCE and none in the last 3 years. Ut St is always a scrappy team, and Sandy coach long has been known to slip up a bit. Utah St has winnable games down the road, and will be looking for a decent bowl. They cant afford to let this one get away.
Memphis, undefeated and ranked is in the same boat. Even if they run the table they don't get in the playoff. But a Big Bowl is within sight. Tulsa can score, but the cant spell defense if you spotted them the first 5 letters.
