Conference so called experts

I used to know the MAC like the back of my hand and made a shitload of money on that conference - they should've asked me for the lines... but after Marshall left, I stopped watching. Then I started watching more Conference USA and thought I got a handle on it, but they blew the whole damn conference up! Now I don't know shit. I do watch a lot of SEC games now that I'm living in Florida for the past couple years - LSU is my POD.

I'm in Pac 12 country, and read local papers articles related to their college football team each day during the season. Also, listen to various podcasts etc. My top Pac 12 play this week is Oregon State. I also like Oregon to cover the first half (vs. the Huskies who I also believe (like Rock712 writes above, that they are a very solid team this year). I recommend to Slant readers to think about those two selections. Not strong enough to recommend, yet I will place a tiny bet on Utah simply due to a hunch.

Was on both Oregon State and Utah myself last week. Oregon State is much better than people think

I forgot to pop in here to post my fav Big 10/MAC play last week (it was Penn St.), so I'll post my fav play this week now so I don't forget...

$400 Akron -7 Akron has played several tough teams very close, they have a shot to get their first conference win since 2010. These kids are hungry and Miami OH is off losing to a horrible UMass team and has an interim coach that might be in over his head. If I trusted Akron just a bit more I would have made this just my 2nd $500 play of the college season. I love this play

I'm in Pac 12 territory and read extensively all Pac 12 cities newspapers. Last week in this thread I mentioned three games that all won. This week, I'm a bit less confident, yet I like four teams getting points: Washington +3, USC +2.5, Utah +4 and UCLA +4.5. I'll take them in that order, and perhaps a half-unit for each.

Squonk im doing the PAC 12 as well. I am on Washington and UCLA this week. I have no opinion on the USC and Utah game. I like California +11 this week, just as a situational play
