$400 Toledo/Northern Illinois under 60.5 Both teams want to run the ball here, windy conditions will allow each teams pass D to pull closer to the line of scrimmage making defending the run easier. Toledo may be starting a freshman QB tonight (I can't confirm his status), if he is out this line may go down even lower. No. Illinois' passing game is not close to what it has been in the past, I expect a hard hitting relatively low scoring game. Winner here has upper hand in MAC West race. If the weather forecast wasn't so shitty (30 degrees, 15-25 mph winds with gusts up to 35) I might have driven down to watch this game. There was a time when I would blindly fade any team coming off a W against the Irish, I think with Notre Dame returning to national rankings prominence that day has returned. That win turned some heads last week and surely they should be able to handle Oregon St. who lost on this field last week to 3-7 Washington St. who played without their starting QB! This is purely a contrarian play against what will be heavy money on Arizona St. I also love that this is the latest game on the board Saturday, every bettor chasing a bad day will look to re-group with what looks like an easy winner on the Sun Devils. $WINNER$ (+400)
