Ball St +9 WR Jordan Williams appears to be healthy..finally! Ball State finally showed signs of an offense last week with Jack Milas leading the offense. Ball State keeps it within double digits.

UCLA -7 2 game losing streak. Shocker vs Utah, but expected loss vs Oregon. Turn it around here with a win against one of the worst PAC 12 teams. Goff is good, but I dont see Cal stopping the UCLA offense.
