Elite NBA Defenses and Offenses on Display Saturday
        By: Craig Williams
        Sportingnews.com

If you like defense, you'll love Saturday's matchup between the Indiana Pacers (51-18 SU, 35-33-1 ATS) and Memphis Grizzlies (40-28 SU, 30-36-2 ATS).

        Line: Memphis -2, Total: 180

The Pacers allow the fewest points per game (92) and the lowest opponents' field-goal percentage (.416) in the league, while the Grizzlies' marks of 94.4 PPG and .447 opponents FG percentage rank third and 10th, respectively.

Memphis has been hot of late, winning seven of their last 10, and taking over the Western Conference's eighth seed. Meanwhile, the Pacers have already clinched a postseason ticket and look to maintain their three-game lead over the Miami Heat.

These two teams met in Indianapolis on Nov. 11. The Pacers won 95-79 as -6.5-point favorites. The game stayed UNDER the total of 182.

San Antonio Spurs at Golden State Warriors (PK, 206.5)

Out in the Western Conference the first-place Spurs (52-16 SU, 36-32 ATS) travel to Oakland to face off against the sixth-place Warriors (44-26 SU, 33-35-2 ATS).

The Warriors have won eight of 10, but that success hasn't translated into bettor profit, as they are only 5-5 ATS over that span. The same can't be said for the Spurs, who have covered the number nine times during their current 12-game win streak.

The Spurs (105.3 PPG, .489 FG pct.) and Warriors (103.7 PPG, .460 FG pct.) are two of the game's better offensive teams in the league. The Spurs' field-goal percentage ranks No. 2 in the game and their scoring average is No. 6. They also lead the league in three-point percentage with a .397 clip.

This is the third of four meetings between the two clubs. The Spurs won both prior matchups, 76-74 as a 6-point home favorite and 104-102 as a 7-point road dog. The first game stayed UNDER (202) -- as you may have guessed -- and the second went OVER (202).
