Pretty lucky to cash, such an early blowout creates way too much garbage time. The theory behind the play is that Brooklyn is a prideful veteran team that was coming off allowing a ton of points. Next up for them after that poor defensive effort was a TV game on TNT, they were going to bring a good defensive effort tonight. That certainly panned out as Denver scored just 89 points, including just 8 in the first quarter. Denver has nothing left, they should be only faded at this point, unless they show signs of life after Lawson comes back.
