Thomas, I just read a nice obituary for your boy, Gordon Lightfoot, in the Boston Globe today (Find it. You'll enjoy it). But it said that Lightfoot played at '65 Newport Folk Festival. Well damn, I was there! Didn't even know. I was just a partying kid in those days. Never got into music like a lot of you guys did. That's the year Dylan plugged in his acoustic guitar and half the festival booed him. Joan Baez, Peter Paul and Mary, Pete Seeger, Chambers Bros, Mississippi John Hurt. Man I'm old!!!!
