Tom,The coldest I ever experienced was 24 below. that was 45 years ago in Ohio. and I'm pretty sure that's a record that was never broken. and I do remember how brutal it was. a few more times with wind chills that cold. though I would take 24 below with no wind compared to zero with a 20 mph wind.
