My buddy up in Calgary is absolutely thrilled with his and my sister in law who is 70 now had both done last year and she couldn't be happier, she walks 10 miles a day and says it changed her life after years of pain from walking that distance. Wow. -143! I could never do that. Heck, I have a real hard time playing a line like that in Bases when everyhing lines up right. Never in Foots with the bounces from the funny shaped ball.

PS talked to my pharmacist yesterday. She gave me the green light to go from 1000 mg of vitamin D to 10,000. And OK on the magnesium. I bought both high doses. She wasn't sure what the K1 was in the protocol. But she wanted me to clear it all with her friend, my doctor. My doctor is super. I'm pretty sure she'll give me the OK. Thanks for this.
