With the initial wave of free agency having crested, ESPN has adjusted it's NFL Power Rankings. Here is how they currently rank...

    1. Buffalo Bills- The Bills could be without both of last year's starting cornerbacks for Week 1, with Tre'Davious White rehabbing a torn ACL and Levi Wallace leaving for the Steelers in free agency. Adding a veteran corner through free agency and investing in the position at the draft makes sense for Buffalo.

    2. L.A. Rams – Aaron Donald has told the team he'd like to keep on playing. The Rams have got around $10 million in cap space right now and still want to re-sign Odell Beckham Jr. while still leaving some money for other offseason expenses.

    3. Kansas City Chiefs- The Chiefs did retain Frank Clark on a reduced contract, but still need to provide more pass-rush help for Chris Jones. They need to make the position a priority in the draft to bolster a unit that finished 29th in the NFL in sacks.

The trade deadlines have passed in the NHL as the final month of the season approaches. It has been two years since the NHL completed an 82-game regular season.

A couple of key points to watch for as the season comes down the stretch:

    • Can the additions ofClaude Giroux and Ben Chiarotput the Florida Panthers over the top? Giroux has four assists in his first three games. Can that success continue and, ideally, grow even better?

    • Tampa Bay sold the farm to rope in 23-year old Brandon Hagel from Chicago. He'll need to find his footing - fast - with a tight-knit team that's gunning for a three-peat. No pressure.
