    The Olympics That Weren't
An average of 10.7 million people watched the Olympics in primetime, the smallest audience for any Winter Games. In total, ratings were down 36% from 2018.

The U.S. won eight gold medals, its fewest since 1998. And for the second straight Olympics, one of its stars — Simone Biles in Tokyo, Mikaela Shiffrin in Beijing.

For the second straight Winter Olympics, the tiny Scandinavian nation — which has a smaller population than Wisconsin — finished with the most medals (37) and golds (16), the latter of which set a record for most at a single Winter Games.

As NBC might say, good riddance.

    Bronnie
Stormin' Norman, Coffee Club devotee from Philly wanted to say - We found out straight from the horse's mouth that King LBJ's final year in the league will be 2023-2024, when he will join his one and done college player son Bronnie James to the NBA team he is drafted by.

LBJ, the inventor of the NBA Super Team - and not the former President of the US - has now invented a way to dictate who, and in what order, a player is taken in the draft.

Prince BJ, at 6'2" and 180 lbs and still growing, is ranked 43rd in the nation in high school prospects, and he has the pedigree- so he's no slouch, but still, it's hard to imagine exactly how much tanking will be going next year in the league to attain the services of this traveling act.

    Top 16 Reveal
For the sixth consecutive year, the Division I Men's Basketball Committee unveiled its top 16 teams on the Bracket Preview Show this past weekend.

For the second consecutive year, the Gonzaga Bulldogs are the overall No. 1 team on the committee's seed list. It is the fourth straight year in which Gonzaga is one of the four No. 1 seeds on the committee's February unveiling, which dates back to the 2017 championship.

Auburn, Arizona and Kansas were the other three No. 1 seeds. Another trio of teams were discussed at great length for the final No. 1 seed, and it was Kansas that got the nod over Baylor and Kentucky.
