Re: The Lounge April 19 - April 26
How are you guys from different areas of the planet doing with lock downs and coming reopening's.
I live in Regina Saskatchewan, pop 250,000, we've been on lock down for a month now same as most places in North America and have been very lucky here as we only have 10 active cases in our city as of this morning and only 71 total cases to date, thank God. Our province which is huge in area but sparsely populated has just over a million people with over 65,000 farms so we're spread out pretty good has had only 331 cases with 270 recovered. We start to reopen starting May 4 in a 5 phase scheme which will start to bring some normalcy back in this strange time. Dentists Doctors Chiropractors and optometrists along with boat launching and fishing to start for the 1st couple of weeks with only golf courses added to the list on May 15th. On the 19th a slew of restrictions will be lifted including most stores, barbershops, playgrounds etc and in the two weeks following that restaurants, bars etc will be added and that'll be it pending covid conditions I guess. Hoping that all goes good.
I know lots of you guys from the bigger cities states and provinces will have a tougher time getting back to normal but I think things should be starting to come back as we get our economies and lives kick started
