I definitely like the Phillies over, my book has it at 64.5 (-170). They do that shit to force you to pay a premium instead of moving it one win higher. Lots of young talent on that team and in an easy division. Too late to bet on it, but I really like St. Louis under. I also like Oakland under 75.5 (+120). Very tough division and they are clearly the worst team in it.
