1-2 and -$117 so far in this NBA experiment. Going to stick with my fade Philly theory, their ATS success this season was almost exclusively in front of their home fans The Spurs happened to be on the other end of the spectrum, they didn't do well at home at all ATS. Joel Embiid in particular is a guy who feeds off a loud home crowd. A lackluster performance by him facing Aldridge will be the difference here. The +7 line on a neutral court says that Philly would be -11 at home, that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too high.
