Got this from PLAYER in the mail, he didn't know if he should post it because of all the division among the masses, if it offends anyone who passes through here I'll delete it. It's a piece by Candace Owens, a black right wing pundit, on George Floyd being a hero after his death at the hands of the police.

On the nearly forgotten virus, our city opens up today. Almost all lock down protocols are lifted, as our phase 3 comes into effect, with some limits on size of gatherings and capacity at restaurants and bars. Social distancing and hygiene are of course still the order of the day. We have 4 active cases in the city as of today which should go to zero by the end of the week barring any new cases. Strangely the city playgrounds and parks are still under conditions which is nuts, time to let the kids out to play and enjoy summer. Here's hoping everything works out everywhere

    update
City parks and playgrounds a go this Friday yay

Northern Michigan is closing in on phase 5. I believe it starts Wednesday. Locally phase 4 is starting for us with bars and restaurants opening at 50% capacity.

By the 15th most of phase 4 will be in effect.
The downtown Detroit casinos will probably be opening soon. Since all of them have been posting their guidelines for opening and have revised them multiple times.
We can currently attend outdoor events of 100 people and is expected to be 500 people allowed soon.

The man that shot George Floyd murdered him, he should pay with life in prisonBut i'll be damn if an ex con, including violent crimes, who was in the process of committing yet another crime, is a hero or role modelOur nation has lost its damn mindPut that sorry "officer" who killed him away for goodBut quit making all cops out to be like that, and quit calling criminals role models

That would allow the Marlins and Rays to have normal baseball games

Now the WHO has said it is extremely rare for someone without symptoms to transmit the virus

None of these so called experts have a fucking clue what is going on

aint that the fuckin truth coach yiyiyi. Up here in clueless Canada they just follow the bs as well. In our province of just over a million people where we've had 658 total cases and 13 deaths and only 21 active cases here's what the "model" said on April 9th:

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has released a range of “what-if” scenarios for the course of the COVID-19 pandemic that place deaths anywhere from 3,075 to 8,370 in Saskatchewan.

Cases could vary from 153,000 to 408,000, depending on assumptions of how quickly the disease spreads. They would be even higher if Saskatchewan didn’t take any restrictive measures to combat the disease. That would mean almost 10,000 deaths

Crazy right and now that it's kinda done our Gov't is building 2 field hospitals for the 2nd wave or whatever the think is gonna happen based on the same bs info as the original model. They don't build those hospitals for the initial doomsday scenario but they're gonna be ready for that next one, good lord this is getting so stupid I could just puke. I guess I'll feel dumb as shit if it does happen but for now too ridiculous

For our talksport brothers, Capt N-R has passed after a courageous battle with cancer God Bless him. Here's a link to a thread over there where we talked about it abit, it's a shame we were having all that trouble over there as we could have had a few more people check in and say goodbye before he passed.
