Mad Max has been better on the road and Quintana has the advantage of almost none of the Nationals facing him. Neutral ump leans a little to the under, benign conditions at Wrigley not a factor. Line move suggest "sharp" money on the Cubs as home dogs, I could see that. I'll stick with the under here. $WINNER$ (+400)
