    Re: NBA Betting Info. 4/5

    Preview: Charlotte At Toronto
When: 7:30 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
Where: Air Canada Centre, Toronto, Ontario
The Charlotte Hornets have clinched a playoff spot but are still battling over seeding in a tight scrum in the Eastern Conference. The Toronto Raptors, who host the Hornets on Tuesday, are above that fray and appear locked into the No. 2 spot in the East after Charlotte offered them no help on Sunday.
The Hornets’ 112-103 loss at Cleveland on Sunday dropped Charlotte into a tie for fifth place in the East while pushing the Cavaliers 3 1/2 games clear of the Raptors. The setback was just the fourth in the last 18 games for the Hornets, who are battling the Miami Heat, Boston Celtics and Atlanta Hawks for the No. 3 spot behind Cleveland and Toronto. The Raptors are not exactly running through the tape at the end of the regular season and have dropped four of their last seven after suffering a 102-95 setback in San Antonio on Saturday. All-Stars DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry both took the night off to rest on Saturday after playing the first half of the back-to-back at Memphis on Friday and should be back to face off against Charlotte.
TV: 7:30 p.m. ET, FSN Southeast (Charlotte), TSN (Toronto)
ABOUT THE HORNETS (44-32): Kemba Walker did his part with 29 points, seven assists and four steals on Sunday but could not get enough help with Al Jefferson (quad) out of the lineup and Nicolas Batum (knee) leaving the game early. Batum, who averaged 18.5 points, 6.7 assists and 6.3 rebounds in March as the team surged up the standings, was diagnosed with a strained left knee and did not return to the contest. Charlotte dusted off seldom-used veteran Spencer Hawes with Jefferson out on Sunday and he responded with nine points and nine rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench.
ABOUT THE RAPTORS (51-25): Lowry has been battling an elbow injury and DeRozan is logging heavy minutes, and Toronto would like to see both in top form come playoff time. The Raptors have two more sets of back-to-backs left in the regular season and won’t hesitate to rest veterans the rest of the way while asking the young players to step up. “You’re talking about a potential championship team, top to bottom. We didn’t back down,” Toronto coach Dwane Casey told reporters after the loss in San Antonio. “There are no moral victories in this league. The only thing that’s important in this league is winning. We keep that fight and spirit and get our two guys back, it’s going to help us.”
    BUZZER BEATERS
    1. Raptors F DeMarre Carroll (knee surgery) is making his way back and plans to play before the end of the regular season.
    2. Charlotte F Marvin Williams went 4-of-6 from 3-point range on Sunday after missing all eight of his attempts in the previous two contests.
    3. The teams split two meetings this season, with Toronto earning a 104-94 home win on Jan. 1.
    PREDICTION: Hornets 103, Raptors 98

      Preview: Phoenix At Atlanta
When: 8:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
      Where: Philips Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
Amid a stretch run loaded with Eastern Conference teams fighting for playoff positioning, the Atlanta Hawks have one outlier on the schedule. That would be Tuesday night’s visit from the Phoenix Suns, who present the rested Hawks with a great chance to break back into the win column.
Atlanta has dropped two straight for the first time in over a month, both losses coming against the East’s top teams – Cleveland and Toronto. After Friday’s 110-108 overtime loss to the Cavaliers in the opener of a four-game homestand and three days of rest, the Hawks find themselves tied with Boston for third place in the East, a half-game ahead of both Miami and Charlotte. Phoenix has dropped six in a row and still has an outside chance to sink into the basement in the Western Conference, as it entered Monday 3 1/2 games ahead of the last-place Los Angeles Lakers. Suns guard Archie Goodwin hit a 3-pointer with 0.1 seconds left and center Tyson Chandler matched the franchise record with 27 rebounds in a 98-95 win over the Hawks in the first meeting on Jan. 23.
TV: 8 p.m. ET, FSN Arizona (Phoenix), FSN Southeast (Atlanta)
ABOUT THE SUNS (20-57): Ronnie Price has started that last two games with Brandon Knight (sports hernia) on the sidelines, but has not come close to providing the same offensive impact. Price has seven total points on 2-of-13 shooting in that stretch, but interim coach Earl Watson is not overly tempted to rush Knight back for relatively insignificant games. “I can’t live with myself putting our players at risk for further injury just to secure a job,” Watson told reporters after Sunday’s 101-86 loss at home against Utah. “Whatever is best for Brandon is best for our entire program.”
ABOUT THE HAWKS (45-32): Forward Kent Bazemore suffered a wrist injury in a fall against the Cavaliers but told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he does not expect to miss any time. He had 12 rebounds, six assists and three blocked shots in the setback, while Paul Millsap (29 points) and Jeff Teague (28) carried the offensive load. The Hawks are 0-5 against Cleveland and Toronto and play each of them – as well as Boston – one more time in the final five games.
      BUZZER BEATERS
      1. Hawks C Al Horford is 2-of-15 from 3-point distance in his last five games
      2. Suns F Mirza Teletovic has posted consecutive 24-point games.
      3. Millsap missed the first encounter due to personal reasons.
      PREDICTION: Hawks 106, Suns 95

        Preview: Chicago At Memphis
When: 8:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
        Where: FedExForum, Memphis, Tennessee
The Chicago Bulls have dealt with injuries to key players all season but will get absolutely no sympathy from the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies, who host the Bulls on Tuesday, set an NBA record when they used their 28th different player of the season on Sunday but have still managed to hang onto the No. 5 spot in the Western Conference.
Guard Bryce Cotton made his team debut on Sunday to become the latest potential replacement for point guard Mike Conley (Achilles), who is not expected to return until the playoffs. Cotton knocked down his lone shot attempt in one minute of play as Memphis suffered a 119-107 loss at Orlando to drop its sixth consecutive game. The Bulls have been without point guard Derrick Rose (elbow) the last two games and Taj Gibson (ribs) the last three but still managed to pull out a 102-98 win in Milwaukee on Sunday. The win brought Chicago above. 500 but it remains two games behind the Detroit Pistons and the Indiana Pacers, who are tied for the No. 7 spot in the East.
TV: 8 p.m. ET, WPWR (Chicago), FSN Southeast (Memphis)
ABOUT THE BULLS (39-38): Gibson suffered a cracked rib and the team is preventing him from trying to play through the injury and possibly make it worse. “Believe me, he wants to be out there,” Chicago coach Fred Hoiberg told reporters prior to Sunday’s contest. “There’s no doubt about it, but he’s not right. His muscles are still spasming around the fracture and he’s got a lot of pain and soreness in that area.” All-Star guard Jimmy Butler picked up some of the slack with 25 points on 10-of-11 shooting in Sunday’s win and the Bulls hope to at least have Rose back as they begin a tough three-game stretch against Memphis, Miami and Cleveland.
ABOUT THE GRIZZLIES (41-36): Memphis has benefited from the underperformance of the teams below them in the standings and is managing to hang onto the No. 5 spot in the West despite the lengthy slide. The Grizzlies, who are giving journeymen Jordan Farmar and Xavier Munford the bulk of the minutes at point guard and spending a lot of time in a small lineup to cover the absence of Marc Gasol (foot), are a half-game ahead of the sixth-place Portland Trail Blazers. “Right now we are just trying to figure out how to get over the hump,” veteran guard Vince Carter told reporters. “Each game we feel like we can win and we should win. It hurts when you don’t, so it is plain and simple. At this point there is nothing to talk about.”
        BUZZER BEATERS
        1. Grizzlies F JaMychal Green recorded a double-double in two of the last three games and has scored in double figures in five straight.
        2. Bulls F Nikola Mirotic is averaging 20.3 points over the last four games.
        3. Butler led the way with 24 points when Chicago took down Gasol, Conley and visiting Memphis 98-85 on Dec. 16.
        PREDICTION: Bulls 96, Grizzlies 93

          Preview: Cleveland At Milwaukee
When: 8:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
Where: BMO Harris Bradley Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Cleveland Cavaliers are close to wrapping up the No. 1 seed for the Eastern Conference playoffs and can move closer when they visit the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday. Cleveland, which has won three consecutive games, holds a 3 1/2-game lead over the second-place Toronto Raptors with five games remaining.
Forward LeBron James spoke about transitioning into playoff mode in late March and is displaying it by averaging 28.6 points, 9.6 assists and 8.9 rebounds over the past seven games. “I think he’s been leading by example knowing that the playoffs are coming up and we have to get ready for this stretch and take every game and every practice serious to get better going into the playoffs,” Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue told reporters of James’ approach. “I think he’s done a great job of setting the tone for us.” James had 31 points in Cleveland’s 112-103 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday when shooting guard J.R. Smith (season-best 27 points) and forward Kevin Love (25) also had big performances. Milwaukee has lost six of its last eight games after suffering a 102-98 loss to the Chicago Bulls.
TV: 8 p.m. ET, FSN Ohio (Cleveland), FSN Wisconsin (Milwaukee)
ABOUT THE CAVALIERS (55-22): Point guard Kyrie Irving is in jeopardy of missing his second straight contest due to an ankle injury. Irving was injured against the Atlanta Hawks last Friday and missed Sunday’s game against Charlotte, and it certainly appears prudent for Cleveland to take the cautious approach and let Irving heal. Matthew Dellavedova started in Irving’s place and could use the extra playing time as he is just 4-of-24 shooting over the past four games.
ABOUT THE BUCKS (32-45): Shooting guard Khris Middleton sat out Sunday’s game due to pain in his left thigh and it marked his first missed contest of the season. Middleton has proven to be highly durable in his three seasons with the Bucks as the game was only the fourth one he missed since joining the club. Coach Jason Kidd is hopeful Middleton will be back in the lineup against the Cavaliers as his team-best 18.2 scoring average was badly missed against the Bulls.
          BUZZER BEATERS
          1. The Cavaliers have won five of the past seven meetings.
          2. Cleveland has made 10 or more 3-pointers in a franchise-record 15 consecutive games.
          3. Milwaukee G Jerryd Bayless (knee) will likely miss his third straight contest.
          PREDICTION: Cavaliers 112, Bucks 104

            Preview: Detroit At Miami
When: 8:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
Where: American Airlines Arena, Miami, Florida
The Detroit Pistons look to build off perhaps their biggest victory in the last seven seasons when they visit the Miami Heat on Tuesday to start a two-game trip to the Sunshine State. The Pistons, who play at Orlando on Wednesday, won 94-90 at Chicago on Saturday to increase their lead over the ninth-place Bulls to two games in their quest to return to the playoffs for the first time since 2008-09.
Detroit is tied with Indiana for seventh in the Eastern Conference with five games left, including a pair against the playoff-bound Heat. “These are games you need to be in for your team to grow and learn,” Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy told the Detroit News. “Last year, at this time, we were just winding it up. It was coming to an end and it’s great to be playing in games that matter all the way through the season.” Miami clinched its 19th postseason appearance in the team’s 28 seasons after Detroit’s victory over Chicago, despite a 1-2 road swing capped by a 110-93 loss to Portland on Saturday. Heat leading scorer Dwyane Wade (neck, back) missed the last two games and is questionable for Tuesday.
TV: 8 p.m. ET, TNT, FSN Sun (Miami)
ABOUT THE PISTONS (41-36): Leading scorer Reggie Jackson (18.5) snapped out of a shooting slump with 22 points against Chicago while Marcus Morris continued his scoring surge with 16. Morris is averaging 23.7 points over the past three contests and has drained 32-of-51 from 3-point range over a 12-game span. Tobias Harris has contributed 18.3 points per game over the past four, but defensive stopper Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has struggled during the same stretch by making just 13-of-48 from the field.
ABOUT THE HEAT (44-32): Miami allowed 106 points per game on the road trip – 7.5 above its average – and has a difficult final six games as it battles three other teams for third place in the East. “Instead of just looking at the standings and where we’re going to end up at the end of the year, we’ve really got to focus on us and try to figure it out right now: How can we go into the postseason being at our best?” forward Luol Deng told reporters. Center Hassan Whiteside has been outstanding with 18 double-doubles in the last 22 games.
            BUZZER BEATERS
            1. The Pistons have won the last three meetings – two this season – after a 93-92 victory at Miami on Dec. 22.
            2. Detroit C Andre Drummond has notched seven straight double-doubles and leads the league with 64.
            3. Miami SF Gerald Green had 30 points in the win over Sacramento on Friday, but was held to seven against Portland while filling in for Wade.
            PREDICTION: Pistons 102, Heat 94

              Preview: Oklahoma City At Denver
When: 9:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
              Where: Pepsi Center, Denver, Colorado
The Oklahoma City Thunder hit a bump in what’s been a torrid stretch and attempt to get back on track when they visit the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. Oklahoma City dropped a 118-110 decision to the Houston Rockets in the opener of a four-game trip and it marked only the second loss in 11 games for the Thunder.
Oklahoma City has lost a league-high 13 games in which it has led in the fourth quarter and All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook is tired of hearing about the topic, especially since Oklahoma City’s lead was just two points entering the stanza against Houston. “I don’t agree with us ‘losing the lead’ if we’re up two points going into the fourth quarter because, to me, that’s not losing the lead,” Westbrook told reporters. “To me, that doesn’t make any sense. I think we’ve been doing a good job of playing well and closing out games, so I’m not worried about that.” The Thunder finish the road trip with games in Portland and Sacramento and later close the season with a visit to San Antonio. Denver has lost four of its last five games after falling 115-106 to the Sacramento Kings on Saturday to finish 0-3 against the Kings this season.
TV: 9 p.m. ET, FSN Oklahoma, Altitude 2 (Denver)
ABOUT THE THUNDER (53-24): All-Star small forward Kevin Durant has raised his streak of consecutive 20-point outings to 61, the best streak since Kobe Bryant of the Lakers ripped off 63 straight during the 2005-06 campaign. Durant also thrives against Denver as he has strung together 25 straight 20-point games against the Nuggets, including the playoffs. Durant had 33 points in the loss to Houston for his fourth straight 30-point performance.
ABOUT THE NUGGETS (32-46): Small forward Danilo Gallinari said he won’t play again this season as he recovers from an ankle injury suffered on Feb. 26. That means Gallinari, who averaged a team-best 19.5 points, will miss the final 23 games and 29 overall in what once a promising season for him. “Very disappointing,” Gallinari told reporters. “But that’s the way it is. We’re not fighting for anything right now.”
              BUZZER BEATERS
              1. The Thunder are 3-0 against the Nuggets this season and have won the past five meetings.
              2. Denver SF Will Barton is 0-for-17 from the field – including nine 3-point misses – over the past two games.
              3. Oklahoma City backup C Enes Kanter is 18-of-25 shooting over the past three games.
              PREDICTION: Thunder 118, Nuggets 109

                Preview: San Antonio At Utah
When: 9:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
Where: Vivint Smart Home Arena, Salt Lake City, Utah
The Utah Jazz are fighting for a Western Conference playoff spot and it can’t be a good feeling to see the San Antonio Spurs coming to town for Tuesday’s contest. The Spurs have walloped the Jazz three times this season with the average margin of victory being 26.7 points.
Utah has won 10 of its last 13 games and is tied with the Dallas Mavericks for the final two playoff spots with the Houston Rockets lurking one game behind. The Jazz have a pivotal home game against Dallas on April 11 that could prove to be a huge factor in the race. San Antonio has won 11 of its past 13 games and is fine-tuning the rotation as its opens a three-game road trip. “Right now we’re figuring out, changing up, and trying different rotations before playoff time,” shooting guard Danny Green told reporters. “So we’ll see how it goes the next couple of games.”
TV: 9 p.m. ET, FSN Southwest (San Antonio), ROOT (Utah)
ABOUT THE SPURS (64-12): San Antonio has displayed that it will be riding All-Star forwards Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge in the postseason and the two standouts combined for 64 points in Saturday’s 102-95 home win over the Toronto Raptors. Leonard scored a career-best 33 points to go with seven assists and Aldridge scored 31, and the latter has had 30 or more points and 10 or more rebounds in three of the past four contests. “He played great, got guys involved, got me a bunch of easy dunks early,” Aldridge told reporters of Leonard. “He’s seeing the floor very well right now. Then, late in the game, he’s taking the big shots and making them for us for sure.”
ABOUT THE JAZZ (39-38): Power forward Derrick Favors returned from a one-game absence due to a knee injury to produce 17 points on 8-of-11 shooting in Sunday’s 101-86 victory over the Phoenix Suns. Utah was pleased that Favors’ absence was short-lived as he has emerged as a consistent force and has scored in double digits in 32 of the past 33 games. Favors is 15-of-22 shooting over his last two games to raise his season average to 51.6 percent.
                BUZZER BEATERS
                1. The Jazz have averaged just 86 points on 42.3 percent shooting in six games against the Spurs during coach Quin Snyder’s tenure.
                2. Utah SF Gordon Hayward topped 20 points in three consecutive games and is averaging 21.7 points during the stretch.
                3. Backup San Antonio PG Patty Mills is just 4-of-14 shooting over the past two games.

                  Preview: Portland At Sacramento
When: 10:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
Where: Sleep Train Arena, Sacramento, California
The Portland Trail Blazers missed an opportunity to pull into a tie for fifth place in the Western Conference with a loss on Sunday and will try to bounce back when they visit the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday. The Trail Blazers are a half-game behind the fading Memphis Grizzlies and are playing their final road game against the Kings before finishing up with three at home.
Damian Lillard went for 38 points on Sunday but could not quite keep pace with Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors in a 136-111 road loss. “They ran off a bunch of points and separated themselves,” Lillard told reporters of the decisive run late in the third quarter and early in the fourth on Sunday. “It’s nothing for us to be ashamed of. I don’t think the score said the way the game went.” The Kings are winners of four of their last six games but one of the two losses in that stretch was a 105-93 setback at Portland on March 28. Sacramento rested starters DeMarcus Cousins, Rajon Rondo and Rudy Gay in that contest but should have all three ready for Tuesday’s rematch.
TV: 10 p.m. ET, CSN Northwest (Portland), CSN California (Sacramento)
ABOUT THE TRAIL BLAZERS (41-37): Portland had a four-game winning streak come to an end on Sunday but was encouraged by the performance from Lillard, who had failed to score 20 points in any of the previous five games. “Last two games, the ball actually felt good coming off on a lot of my shots that just didn’t go in,” Lillard told reporters. “(Sunday), I saw the ball go in early, got some free throws. I just stuck to the same things, my routines, getting my rest. I came in and it fell.” The Trail Blazers have dropped nine of their last 10 on the road but earned a 98-94 win at Sacramento without Lillard on Dec. 27.
ABOUT THE KINGS (31-46): Cousins is not expected to play in any of the remaining road games for Sacramento and stayed back along with Rondo when the team went to Denver on Saturday. Gay took the opportunity to lead the team in scoring with 25 points while Seth Curry collected 17 points and five assists in another solid performance. The younger brother of Golden State star Stephen Curry, Seth is getting a chance to show what he can do down the stretch and is averaging 15 points in the last six games in an expanded role.
                  BUZZER BEATERS
                  1. Kings rookie C Willie Cauley-Stein recorded his first double-double since Jan. 21 with 13 points and 14 rebounds in Portland on March 28.
                  2. Portland SF Maurice Harkless recorded his third triple-double of the season with 15 points and 10 rebounds on Sunday.
                  3. Sacramento G Marco Belinelli (foot) missed the last five games and is day-to-day.

                    Preview: Minnesota At Golden State
When: 10:30 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
                    Where: Oracle Arena, Oakland, California
The Golden State Warriors bounced back from their first home loss in over a year in impressive fashion and remain on track to break the record for wins in a single season. The Minnesota Timberwolves, who visit the Warriors on Tuesday, are not putting up much of a fight of late and will have to find more points if they hope to hang with Golden State.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr admitted after a 109-106 home loss to the Boston Celtics on Friday that the weight and pressure of chasing the record may be getting to his team, and it looked like a different club on Sunday after getting a day off. Golden State shot 56.8 percent from the field and got 39 points from Stephen Curry in the 136-111 win over the Portland Trail Blazers and now needs to go 4-1 over the final five games of the regular season to break the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls’ record of 72 wins. The 136 points the Warriors put up on Sunday is a bar much higher than the Timberwolves have reached of late as the young team plays out the string. Minnesota is averaging 80.7 points in three straight losses and went 4-of-21 from 3-point range in an 88-78 home loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday.
TV: 10:30 p.m. ET, TNT, FSN North (Minnesota), CSN Bay Area (Golden State)
ABOUT THE TIMBERWOLVES (25-52): Minnesota is measuring its season in the progress of its budding stars rather than counting wins and losses, though Rookie of the Year favorite Karl-Anthony Towns would prefer his progress result in victories. “I don’t feel good at all,” Towns told the Minneapolis Star Tribune after collecting 11 points, 21 rebounds and nine assists on Sunday. “You’ve got to get W’s, you gotta win. We’re doing a great job taking steps every day, progressing, being the team that we want to be, but I don’t feel good about having stats like that and not winning.” Towns went 38-1 in his lone year in college at Kentucky and reached the Final Four.
ABOUT THE WARRIORS (69-8): Golden State committed 22 turnovers against the Celtics but knocked that number down to 12 against the Trail Blazers while burying 18-of-30 from beyond the arc. “Not lose focus of our goal for the season, obviously we’re chasing something,” Curry told ESPN after Sunday’s game. “Try not to lose two in a row – that’s our goal for the year – and if we can do that, then most likely we’ll finish strong. So, this was a big opportunity for us to get that bad taste out of our mouth and get another win.” The Warriors still have to play the San Antonio Spurs and the Memphis Grizzlies twice each before the end of the regular season.
                    BUZZER BEATERS

Preview: L.A. Lakers At L.A. Clippers
When: 10:30 PM ET, Tuesday, April 5, 2016
Where: Staples Center, Los Angeles, California
The Los Angeles Clippers are closing in on their fourth consecutive 50-win season and receive a nice gift from the schedule makers with back-to-back games against the Los Angeles Lakers, beginning Tuesday at the Staples Center. The Clippers have won the past nine meetings against the Lakers, scoring an average of 114.1 points to win by an average of 21.5 points.
The Clippers, who have won five of their last six games, clinched home-court advantage for the first round of the Western Conference playoffs when they posted a 114-109 victory over the Washington Wizards on Sunday. Point guard Chris Paul had 27 points and 12 assists against Washington and is averaging 14 assists over the past three contests. The Lakers have lost nine of their last 11 games and have been dealing with distractions, most notably rookie guard D’Angelo Russell’s odd secret filming of swingman Nick Young talking about affairs with women. The next loss will be the Lakers’ 61st, tying the single-season franchise mark set last season.
TV: 10:30 p.m. ET, TWC SportsNet (Lakers), Prime Ticket (Clippers)
ABOUT THE LAKERS (16-60): Kobe Bryant scored 34 points in Sunday’s 107-100 loss to the Boston Celtics for his fourth 30-point outing of the season. Bryant plans to play in each of the final six games before hitting retirement and his high-scoring outing against the Celtics followed up a two-game stretch in which he averaged 3.5 points on 2-of-18 shooting. While Bryant bounced back strong, Russell is struggling with three single-digit outings in the last five games and is 21-of-72 shooting during the stretch.
ABOUT THE CLIPPERS (48-28): Power forward Blake Griffin returned from a 45-game absence due to quadriceps and hand injuries as well as a four-game suspension and had six points and five rebounds in 24 minutes against the Wizards. “It was just nice to be back out there – that’s really the main takeaway,” Griffin told reporters afterward. “I had a blast being out there. The rhythm was pretty bad. My conditioning was a little better than I thought it would be but not great by any means. Like I said, I was just happy to be back out on the court with my guys.” Coach Doc Rivers plans to increase Griffin’s minutes slowly and help him boost his stamina so he’s ready for full duty when the playoffs start.
                      BUZZER BEATERS
                      1. Paul averaged 25 points on 59.5 percent shooting as the Clippers won the first two meetings with the Lakers this season.
                      2. Clippers SF Paul Pierce (knee) is expected to miss his fourth straight game.
                      3. Lakers PF Julius Randle has recorded double-doubles in two straight games and five of the past seven.
                      PREDICTION: Clippers 118, Lakers 90
