Quick question. Working on a trade. Who gets the better deal? Hunt for Melvin Gordon and T Pryor?

The Indy Star's Stephen Holder believes Andrew Luck (shoulder) is still facing a "three-week timeline at best" to resume playing.

If you have a chance to pickup Hunt and are strong at receiver I would do it. KC loves to run and use the short passing game.

Luckily Hunt fell to the 3rd round for me in 2 leagues, I would not trade him away in a 2 for 1 deal. My opinion of most 2 for 1 deals is that the person getting 2 players almost always gets screwed because they are giving up a STAR and getting 2 maybes, not to mention that after that trade you have to drop someone! I get so many 2 for 1 trade offers I laugh at because I would end up dropping one of the 2 guys offered

Ty Montgomery (ribs) was not seen at the early portion of Thursday's practice.
Montgomery put in a limited practice on Wednesday and was expected to do the same on Thursday, though he was nowhere to be found during individual drills. A DNP Thursday would not be a good omen for Montgomery's Week 5 status

He is talking a good game about possibly playing. Thursdays they practice in pads, definitely not something someone with a rib injury is going to take part in.

Marcus Mariota (hamstring) is questionable for Week 5 against the Dolphins.

Matt Forte (toe) is out for Week 5 against the Browns.

Davante Adams (concussion) remains in the league's concussion protocol.
Coach Mike McCarthy said on Friday that Adams needs to be cleared by the time the Packers get on the plane to head to Dallas, which will either be this afternoon or tomorrow. Adams has been practicing on a limited basis this week, but he still has a hurdle to clear likely with an independent neurologist that needs to clear him.

Matt Cassel is expected to start Week 5 against the Dolphins.
With Marcus Mariota sidelined by a hamstring injury, Cassel will get the nod.

NFL Network's Stacey Dales reports Sam Bradford (questionable, knee) got most of the Vikings' first-team reps at practice this week.
It looks like Bradford is finally game-ready after sitting out the past three weeks with a bone bruise on his surgically-repaired left knee. Case Keenum will revert to the bench upon Bradford's likely return Monday night against Chicago.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms Derek Carr (questionable, back) is expected to return against the Chargers in Week 6.
Carr made a surprise return to practice this week, operating as the No. 2 quarterback behind E.J. Manuel. He'll sit out Sunday versus Baltimore, but Carr should be back under center next week as long as he can avoid setbacks

I like Hunt. Pryor too unreliable to consider valuable and Gordon not getting the volume like last year.

Question: I picked up D. Watson two weeks ago as a backup to B. Rothlesberger. After last week may be my regular starter. But.....I've been offered J. Winston straight up for D. Watson. Thoughts??

Feel like i have to do it, but Watsons solid showing recently and Winstons accuracy issues have me afraid to pull the trigger..

                      Whadda ya think?

I think Winston will turn it around and last week was probably the ceiling for Watson.
Sounds like with your second QB you have a good fallback option no matter what you choose.
I wouldn't make the trade, based on if Watson plays at a decent level and Winston doesn't. You just made another team better.

I picked up Watson this week also and have Big Ben as my other QB. Going with Watson this week as Ben hasn't been on so far and with them trying to get Bell going I'd rather give Watson the chance especially with his rushing ability.Like Game said if you make this trade you can possibly make another team better without really upgrading your team.

I have Gurley, Ajayi,CJ Anderson,McCoy and just picked up Ellington hoping his pass catching ability makes him a great trade prospect.I have been getting trade offers for my RBs all year but won't part with one unless I feel I'm at least getting a top tier player in return. If not I'll sit on them all year just so they are not on another team making them better.Remember the best trades are sometimes the ones that don't happen!

Thanks Game! I'll probably sit tight and hold onto Watson
