Allen Craig has been added to Monday's World Series Game 5 lineup at first base.
Craig pushed himself with some ground balls before the game and evidently his left foot is feeling well enough. He'll hit sixth for the Cardinals versus left-hander Jon Lester, while Matt Adams will head to the bench.
