A little background on me:
I only cap NFL and college football. I find basketball difficult and baseball too time consuming.
Over the last 5 years I've compiled a documented record of 381-285 (57.2%) for +175.67 units in NFL and 530-466 (53.2%) for +76.02 units in college.
I play high volume (average 13 plays/week in CFB; 6 plays/week in NFL)
FWIW, last week I went 13-6 for +17.18 units 381
